ALASKA STATE FAIR AUGUST 26, 2010

On August 26, 2010

Sidney Hill of Palmer, AK was detained by security for trespassing and criminal mischief. He should have just made like a tree and leave. Instead he is forced to the ground when security felt a handgun on him. That handgun is a CZ 52. LEARN GUN RESPONSIBILITY.

And, without further delay. I present the facts Sidney Hill did have a handgun. Firearms are not permitted on Fair Grounds.

I guess I am not sure how this video which shows some mentally ill person bringing a gun to a fair, and being arrested has to do with your EERT group ? Why plaster your group logos all over the place. Is the EMS Stormchasers connected ? Do they support this type if mentally ill behavior ?

@matt9c1 Matt people were questioning if the person had a gun on State Fair Grounds. We are all military. And, we are trained to spot concealed weapons in disaster zones. So when people questioned if the man had a gun. Went through the whole video countless times and sure enough he did have a gun.

So all we did was observation. And, stated all the facts.

@TheStormchaser1 Ok, perhaps I am confused. I just happened to stumble on to your videos, and this EERT group you operate appears to be a large organization of some sort. Your info says that you chase storms and save lives. I just can't make the connection between EERT and this handgun incident.

@matt9c1 We do a lot more than EMS Stormchasing. We are unbiased. People say they never saw a gun. And, if you look closely that is a gun.

We were a very large group well that was until they were deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.

ERRT is almost dead. literally dead due to this war. I am the sole survivor of ERRT. I try keeping it up and running best I can.

ERRT was named after Katrina, so we are identifiable and easy to remember, we will be waved through. We are First Responders.

@TheStormchaser1 This still leave my question not answered. What connection does this incident and your EERT group have ? Your official logo appears on the video. So it's connected somehow ? I have been trying to find official information about EERT. I can not find any. Usually non profit, or volunteer groups are happy to provide contact information but....I can't find any on yours.

@matt9c1 That is my logo for myself. The logo for ERRT is actually a US NAVY flag. This is where it gets confusing. Upon Admiral Mike Boorda's death, I kept running ERRT. We had no name until Katrina and it was named upon new Government regulations placed upon Homeland Security. And, you do not need to have any information unless your getting public or government funding. We never ask for donations. We still work under Admiral Mike Boorda's orders, it is called Serve the Public Trust.

@matt9c1 What does this video happen to do with ERRT? That is simple. The majority of people do not pay attention, you ever see the other video comments about the incident? And, people say they do not see a gun? We just brought awareness there was a gun on him.

And, you do realize Fairgrounds, have open containers, alcohol. Guess what? Can't carry firearms in an open container area, even if they are out in the open and/or concealed. Security did their job well.

@StoneEverything You do have the fact to carry, but not on State Fairgrounds which is posted no firearms. He also gate jumped and did not pay for a ticket. All this could have been avoided if he stayed off of Fairgrounds and held his sign up at passing cars. He is a public nuisance. He is mentally unstable to carry a firearm responsibly. You do not need to have a gun around kids. I know many cops which lock-up their firearms and just bring a Taser when around kids.

@lunac666 i hope that one day you are tackled to the ground by two fat sweaty guys, undoubtedly like yourself, in front of a crowd of people. but by that time, you will probably have nobody with the balls left to speak up for you. everyone who would have stood up will have been arrested too. that man has every right to carry a concealed weapon in the state of alaska. look it up.
