These are just kids having fun on their small loud bikes. In Japan it costs a lot of money to get an unrestricted bike licence. It is cheaper and easier to get a 250 or 400 licence. I live in Japan and ride a Bandit 1250FA on my international licence. I see these kids everywhere on their crazy looking bikes. Most of the time they just cruise around revving their mufflerless motors making heaps of noise. They are mostly harmless, unlike Aussie or American bike gangs.

laughing at there 250cc and 400cc bikes is a stupid thing to do...!!! name me a popular super bike... yamaha R1! suzuki GSXR! kawasaki ninja!! all of these are japanese made bikes you douche bags!!! doesn't that indicate that this isn't about cc' but more culture!! and gang culture at that!!! if you were on a 1000cc riding along side and laughing at these lot they would probably whack you off with a baseball bat!!
