We designed the Shorty clutch, the DR2 variator and our performance pulley in house, one part at a time. After installing them all at once and a little "tuning", what we found out was a little surprising but actually made sense when all was said and done.
Take a look at our testing video of the process. We figured out the right combo for this ATV at last! Top speed is now around 40mph and enough low end to get as "squirrely" as we need.
Installed is our, KNM Performance pulley, 1500rpm main spring, Shorty clutch kit and 12 & 14g rollers in our DR2 Variator. Rider weights 230lbs.
