their website says one of thier larger turbines can can generate up to 1MG of energy, I imagine that's enought to power a small town if you put a few together

Ummm, they are too small? These are for businesses, a city needs a much larger one of these... which we already use.

NYC, the biggest city in the US uses these to power buses and minor electrical uses(which, for NYC, are rather large). They are for business, but they can be used for cities.

their website states that their larger turbine can generate up to 1MG of energy, if you put several together, i imagine that's enough for a small town

There is no reason why every city doesn't use these.  They even take the waste energy generated and use it for heating and cooling(like AC) So it's a double win.
