After arriving to check out a shooting call at the Level Club on N. Sheridan. TPD soon started running code to a shots fired a few blocks away. The only reason for this many TPD cars is Sheridan divides the north and east divisions here so you already had east side for the Level shooting. This is of course all speculation since I have nothing official to go on.
