1 hint : reduce your weights and do the fucking exercice correctly. since you probably dont even know what correct means it means : follow professionals and do the fucking exercice slowly, without crooking your back. it annoys me how most people need to inflate their ego by having such high weights. these retards hurt themselves in a daily basis. being a bodybuilder doesnt mean you know the correct form of the exercices... gosh...

@Bodytransformat It's called the 666, you make 6 reps curl until your arms are bended 90 degrees, then you do another 6 from 90 degrees and towards your chest. and finally 6 reps in full range motion. Ronnie Coleman favoured this exercise.
