Damned shadows. Ah well, I'll be more careful the next time I try something like this.

Experimenting with Power Director 7's PiP masks, to see if I can do what Featureman did with cloning and cropping in Magix Pro 12.

Would have been easier if PD7 had a utility to create your own masks. It didn't come with the one I needed so I had to hack one together.

難しかったのは、欲しかったマスクはパワーディレクターになかったので、手作りしなくちゃいけなかったんだ。hexdumpで従来の物を分析して、真似した。

I have PowerDirector v7, but I don't know how to "blend" two clips together to get this clone effect. Can someone please tell me how this is done

@xxxCRISJUMPERxxx Yah, I see what you're getting at. Trick is though the settings you describe don't exist in PowerDirector. Or at least I'm pretty sure they didn't when I was making this. This mask was completely hand rolled, based on a black and white image. What I hadn't yet learned if I blur the border between black and white and make it grey, then I get the effect you're talking about. My Video #142 was also a handmade mask.

hei ! nice, but when you set "Mask", set also Feather Type : Both and down set Feather (%) : 12.0

cuz @ 0:05 i can see the different light color =)
