We are nearing the end of the financial year and for many small business owners things are looking up. However for many the past year has seen a significant shift in the working structure, with many bosses having to 'fight fires' rather than focus on growth and strategic planning.

Although this may have helped steady things during an unsettled trading period, the time spent on non business critical tasks or functions can cost companies money, and more importantly, distract leaders from their initial vision for the business.
