  • @BerettaCommunity i see....now how about if i purchase an aftermarket extension tube, will I be jumping into any legal issues?

  • @MConelove We certainly cannot recommend anything in that sense.

  • Why are the magazine extensions only available for mil/le

  • @MConelove We have been advised that if it is illegal for a company to import a shotgun because a high capacity magazine makes the shotgun unsuitable for sporting purposes (which is the requirement that must be satisfied before importation is allowed), it is also improper for the importer to indirectly circumvent this restriction by bringing the shotgun into the U.S. in a sporting version and to then convert it into a "non-sporting" version by adding a high capacity magazine.

  • Are extended magazine available for European commercial customers?

  • @An0nEeMouse I don't have that answer. My advice is to contact one of the EU offices of Beretta, or the HQ in Brescia, by visiting Beretta.com

  • @lexmark136 We like to watch our language on this channel, but wanted to address your valid concern. It is illegal for a company to import a shotgun when hi-cap magazine makes it unsuitable for sporting purposes. Beretta USA does not agree that a hi-cap mags render a shotgun "non-sporting" and has submitted comments to BATFE objecting to this designation. ATF has not yet changed this ruling, though, so we continue to abide by their original instruction.

  • looks great... I need to check this out.. Thanks for the review

  • Also, what makes military/LE any better than the rest of your private sector customers? You know, "we the people" who buy your products and without whom Beretta would not exist.

  • Moreover, an extension provides a place to clamp on a Nordic Comp rail and add a light. The lack of a place to mount a light makes the TX4 a less effective tool. The ability to mount a light would make the firearm much safer to operate as a fixed light integral to the firearm would greatly enhance the ability to more easily identify a target at night.

  • @BerettaCommunity

How is it possible that a 7-round capacity magazine tube could be considered high capacity? Hi-cap magazines do not render a shotgun non-sporting. I own a TX4, but I really want more capacity, as I use it for home defense, NOT sporting. In a truly free country, not Amerika, we would be free to own any type of firearms that we want to own.

What part of "shall not be infringed" do these idiots at BATFE and in Congress not understand?

    Ron Paul 2012!!!!!

  • @crikeniswin u started talking to me in the first place. next time mind your business if you dont want a conversation.

  • @TestMiNuh That's not what I asked. I'm tired of talking to you, Goodbye.
