  • babaaaaaaaaaa

  • toasted tapnatch, guaranteed to brighten your day.

  • You da nachiest. Simple as that. No other brings the pictures with the beat like a magic rhyme; all done with care and precision. For three minutes I stop and listen, then I can turn my collar up and fall into the day.

  • I first caught this on a link a good writer friend of mine shared with me by email to the Guardian Culture/Performance section back in December 2008. I posted it up to Sensitize (my activist arts, literature and medias community of forums) that day. Going back into Sensitize this evening and I came across that post. I still think this is a powerful piece of work by Linton Kwesi Johnson. Marvelous stuff :))

  • @dufourfan Yeah seriously =[

  • to me it's a shame that I can find the lyrics for every radio and MTV's new hits, but I can't find the lyrics for this : (

  • A true poet!

  • LKJ you da bomb!!! your rhyming has meaning, it's not a bunch of useless words but prophetic. Keep it up.

  • Wid me riddim, wid meh ryhme,, wid meh rough bassline !

  • Respect for Mr Linton K. Johnson
