  • @DMTshaman2012 A lovely quote...can you tell me where it is from please?

  • @hamzooz I agree in a way. Accepting death is only useful for the living because it changes your attitude. I used to have a terrible fear of death, and I still think I am going to be scared when the time comes. However by realizing that I couldn't hold on to my life, I was able to let go.

Like A.Watts has said after this realization many life's problems became much more tolerable because I didn't have to waste all my energy on self defense. Death is unavoidable but you can have a piece of mind.

  • Watts really makes me feel much more comfortable with the whole idea about dying :)

  • My brother is a doctor, and he always says "This terminal disease called life"

  • ..."What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the rest of the world calls a butterfly." ~Lao Tzu...

  • delightful dying :D

  • death is my road to ahwwwww....

  • Like the catopiller that changes into the butterfly like the weeds that evolve into flowers there is no death dieting is waking up from a wonderful dream into eternity we all loose the sane amount of weight at the time of death it is my thinking that our energy comes out of the body and we are free to fly and to dream another and another dream freedom to stay freedom to come back into a body freedom in it most beautiful expression lol peace yallllll

  • Thank you for sharing another great message from this greatly missed teacher.

  • @hamzooz how about death is natural, and to call it terrible or good would just merely be a judgement, which in turn is just more thinking. It's over coming the illusion of the judgements and precepts we have on life and according with our Natural selves. So there is no loss but a gained natural being and perception.
