Glenn Beck is a Hypocrite

Glenn Beck claims that we have the best healthcare system in the world in his fight against reform. But a year before he complains about the quality of healthcare in the United States after recovering from a surgery. Could he be in the pockets of the health insurance industry? I think it is obvious.

right. we have the best health care in the world. We live in a country where insurance companies can DROP YOU for getting sick. and they even make sure your healthy before you can even GET the insurance. and we have the best health care in the world???

@mgore90 well I see now... thats why its so confusing when I tell non-americans that I'm conservative... america as a whole is a liberal country... liberals in america actually try to limit the freedoms, therefore quite the opposite of true liberalism...

I was referring to how much my parents make and pay in taxes... I actually have just a part time job and make about $8,000 a year and pay no taxes... but no my parents are not rich, we are average middle class americans...

What you've described as a Conservative hear would be called a liberal, and what you call a liberal would be known a a social liberal/social democrat/socialist. A conservative here is limited to Social Conservatives.

Just out of interest, how are you earning $75,000 a year, I mean your only 18, pretty damn impressive. An less your parents are multi-millionaires and gave you the start up money. If that's not the case though perhaps the American system does have it's merits.

@mgore90 the government, tend to never get away from being dependent on the government. which like i said, has changed the american from hardworking and responsible to feeling entitled and irresponsible... Conservatives in america believe in the good nature of people, and rewards for hard work... if you work hard, you get rewards, if you don't work, you get nothing... but welfare was a good idea at first, to get people who fell on hard times back on their feet, but it has gotten out of control

@mgore90 so conservatism in america focuses on smaller government, more liberty, lower taxes, and only regulating what needs to be regulated... in europe conservatism is much different... liberalism in america is wanting the government to control ever aspect of our lives, and high taxes, and large inefficient bureaucratic government...
