And how great is this? Beyond measure! Depth and tone of this instrument must be amazing because even in this open faced recording the richness of the bass and the play between the mid range and treble strings makes my arm hair stand on end. beautiful one! this are transcriptions specially for lute right?
i have the original G verision for cello, but i noticed that you play other bass lines ...nice version!!

Yes, Gusta Goldschmidt makes this beautiful transcription of four cello suites for the baroque lute (but this one is the easyer...) I play another suite, but in Rob McKillop's transcription.
