November 23, 2011 - When the residents of Saranac Lake, NY were faced with having a Super Wal-Mart put in, some 600 residents came together to open their own department store. CBS News business and economics correspondent Rebecca Jarvis reports.

"50 miles to buy underwear"? Sounds like the owner of the "Army/Navy" store could have had a lock on underwear sales five years ago and a whole lot of other goods. Then again, maybe he wasn't "zoned" to sell underwear.
