@ryan81285 Monitors with ecg in hospitals usually are calibrated with custom settings to allow physicians spot problems more rapidly depending on the service you are. ICU monitors show very thin lines with the purpose of facilitating the noticing of arrest rhythms, so it might seem you have very large qrs complexes. That's why we don't use those monitors to diagnose, but to guide us in emergency situations, that's also why they only show one lead. You should tell your doctor your concerns.
