Not all English folks are on welfare. Those who live on council estates are probably on welfare, but others who went to university and are hard working don't rely on welfare. BTW, everytime I watch Channel 4 News at 7 pm, I see Tamils fighting the Singhalese and I can't tell the difference between the two ethnic groups cause they both look black.
