Total Coverage is a pretty nasty package on its own, but these remixes sound great...very fast-paced and 100x better than TC on its own. I really liked a headline open and bumper I saw from WPXI awhile back -- it was a half-screen squeezeback tease starting out with a channel 11 transition. Really nice cut of the TC/Tonight's Top Stories hybrid and another bumper with a similar mix. I'd really like to see those clips again if anyone has them.

No, sorry, Jester's mostly got it right. We've had several cuts of a production theme remixed with our signature. Some are still in use, for promos and such. This version had an open and close/bump and a few others, but not many. (The "voice" that the signature, here, is played in is not a part of total coverage.) Our license for Total Coverage was up at the time, and we went with this as we decided where to take our product next.

No, its actually a mix WPXI made in-house. They took a cut from Total Coverage and used Tonight's Top Stories for the vamp -- mixed in some sfx and it sounds pretty good. WPXI also mixed Tonight's Top Stories into some of their bumpers back when they used Total Coverage.

I have been looking for my copy of that forever. Send it to the NMSA-- it's actually production theme "Tonight's Top Stories" with the Total Coverage signature. There are only a handful of cuts, though.
