Dude, it's a fucking show car!!! It's used to help educate kids about the police force and to show them they can talk to police. I mean if a kid saw this car they'd get pretty damn excited. It's also used to promote the beat the heat program that supports racing on a track and to keep it off the streets. They bring the car to the track and people try to beat em. And these cars are not paid for by tax payer money but are paid through sponsors and donations. The interior isn't even police
