As the number of weddings abroad increases, so too does the size of the wedding party. Some couples will invite up to 100 guests while others will rather that intimate ceremony with just a few close family and friends. Ultimately setting a budget is what most couples who get married abroad will have to decide on. Where couples will see the real savings is in the flowers the drinks and the cake. Theses are usually a fraction of the price you pay at home and of a high standard. The wedding reception also tends to be significantly cheaper. The majority choose to put the bulk of their money into the reception but some rather put their cash into making the wedding ceremony extra special.

After you have chosen your wedding ceremony your reception and the type of flowers you want all thats really left is to choosing when to have your wedding. It is wise to take into consideration that May and September are the busiest months for Weddings in Cyprus and July and August are the hottest.

Summer by the beach is a time of high temperatures with cloudless skies, but the sea breeze creates a pleasant atmosphere in the coastal areas. Making sure your guests are kept entertained before and after your big day is a concern, and that theres things for you to do on honeymoon.

If youre staying in a big resort like this, there is lots of day and night activities on offer.
As part of an impressive resort Aphrodite hills has numerous spa and sports facilities. As well as an established tennis academy, Aphrodite Hills is heaven for golfers with a championship 18 hole golf course. There's even a little golf club just for children. The golf club first opened its fairways back in 2002. Although the resort hasnt changed much since it first opened its flourished and expanded and its now rightly regarded as one of the best holiday destinations on the island. Theres also a huge variety of restaurants. The resort is set round a village and you could eat somewhere different every night. There's a coffee shop an ice cream parlor, pizza and pasta restaurant, as well as a posh eatery where they do themed nights.

Instead of baking in the sun you could make the most of your time being pampered in the hotel spa or else discovering the rest of the island for ideas on where to have your wedding photographs taken. Some couples will rather mountains to the beach and pictures taken at this lush part of Cyprus are sure to make a beautiful wedding album.
