Fastest routes for quake live CTF flag captures done without haste/scout.
Could probably do a second or two faster on some maps.. but the routes should be the fastest possible.. :SDA

Ive got 9.2 all strafe no rocket or pad on q3ctf1 ;) try defrag and see if you can beat some recs :)

Ha, I got 10.660 seconds in Base Siege with enemies up my ass, probably even helped with propulsion, but no matter :p

The Strafe only ones are all good but it seems nobody want to post weapon runs.

Most of them are impractical as they leave you wide open. For example, theres a reason the route to the balcony off of a flag position is so popular on TroubledWaters.
