How are you supposed to come up with a creative or interesting question that would be unique to the other person if their profile is rather empty?

Hey, @joshlake08 there are two directions which you can take.

1) ask the girl about their hobbies, interests, or basically anything general about them. Hopefully, she will respect your simple interest and converse.

2) Online dating, at least to me, is to bridge the gap between those uncertain moments. The profile is there as a guideline, and if not filled out right-I assume that they're not as committed to find someone. So with that, move on. Find someone who has taken the time to fill it out.

No need to get angry, ganaiwen and raterprince were just offering some feedback about how it’s not all about the questions. “Everyone is beautiful," remember? All he’s saying is he’d rather not have those shallow people respond anyways if they will be shallow like that.

But yeah, I'm sure those studies are true...gold diggers will confirm that.

Life isn't fair, and there are those who will check out profiles prior to answering. I suppose it's survival of the handsomest, then. if you're serious about it..get some nice photos. Grab a suit, ask a friend to take the photo at a nice place. Not a bathroom, not a fast-food restaurant.

Nice clothing configuration, locality, and a nice & inviting smile. Studies show that women are more attracted to men who have more to provide...like, money. GO FIGURE.

To some extent it's fair to respond first, then check out the profile. But usually responding is an indication that you're interested, which might send the wrong impression. I'm actually thankful to those who don't respond; why waste time leading someone on if you're not interested to begin with?

To add on to your video, the shirt and colors question sounds a bit copy/pasted (which a lot of girls don't like). Instead, your question should be catered to someone's profile.
