St. George is a great place to visit and to live. Most people love St. George because of the great scenery, and the great people. There's more outdoor adventure types of activities here than you'll find most anywhere. The hiking, mountain biking, canyoneering, rock climbing, ATV riding and off-road jeeping is outstanding.

I think its funny how everybody talks down on St George, When honestly most of you have never lived here. I just moved back here from Houston Texas after living there for 2 months and I thought that was the most boring, racist place I have ever been. For everybody that says this place is boring, get away from your computer screen and TV and go do something, there is a lot of stuff to do here. Loved watching video. Lived in St. George from 1986-1988 on Fir Circle. Really miss it. Now living in St. Louis and working in real estate.

St. George is an awesome place. Other then the cops are ass holes, and there is alot of drugs. Its over run with close minded mormons too. But plenty of stuff to keep an out doors person entertained.

St. George for its size compared to other cities around the country has: extremely low crime rate. Very good schools. Drugs? Sure, if you want them you can find them, but as a whole it is quiet and safe compared to similar sized cities. The people making the negative comments usually are one's that grew up here and and don't know what the real world is all about. Ignorance. The population has increased like crazy, there is a reason for that, GREAT PLACE to live and raise a family.

Fabulous video. I was born in St George and grew up there. I have traveled the world EXTENSIVELY and I will tell you that St George has pros and cons like any town. It does, however, have fabulous scenery and I would have to agree with the comment below stating in essence 'you will find what you are looking for'. To those with the really HATEFUL comments, I would have to say that YOU are the reason the town is less enjoyable to someone else. Something to think about.
