Yes, this makes your computer faster(if you know what's bad and what's good). And the installer file is no bigger than 700-800 kb. So download it, if you want to.

a came across a file called appinit_Dlls: sekanawo.dll c when I click on info on selected item it says appinit:registry value cleared,but not deleted. Action taken for winlogon notify:registry key deleted. SOMEONE HELP ME, SHOULD I DELETE THE WHOLE FILE OR WHAT, why doesnt anyone Have a video on THAT?

Always Google files or registry entries. From what I could find, the consensus is that registry entry and file should both be removed. When in doubt, rename files instead of deleting them in case you are wrong.
