The Freedom Center National Underground Railroad produced these PSAs depicting people speaking up to racism.

There are 5 video PSAs
1. White woman reacts to black man in elevator. Her friend speaks up.
2. Asian store owner watching black man suspiciously in store. His son speaks up.
3. White employer throws away ethnic applicant's resume. Other employee speaks up.
4. White restaurant patron is rude to limited English proficiency waiter. Other patron speaks up.
5. Black high school girls tease white girl racially. Her black friend speaks up.

There are 3 radio PSAs
1. Black college student doesn't want white people in fraternity. Other black student speaks up.
2. Friend makes anti-Semitic remark. Other friend speaks up.
3. Friend makes comment about black people's names. Other friend speaks up.

I remember the last two PSA's very well. Do you have any more old Ad Council radio ads? You've just made my day. There was another one that I used to like from this same campaign that was on an airplane. It was a radio ad, but I can't remember very much about it.

I know alot of Jews who would have laughed at the concert one. And YES all those hispanics who come over here need to learn english. You can hardly get a job today unless you're biligual. Why? Last time i checked this as an english speaking nation. I'm not gonna go to Mexico without knowing spanish and then just expect everyone to conform for me. I'm so sick of this "pat yourself on the back, politically correct" bullshit mentality this nation has. EITHER GROW A THICKER SKIN OR LEARN TO LAUGH!

Great PSAs - but in regard to the first one, how about we put the African-American lady in really bad neighborhood, and we'll see how close she holds her purse to her body like her friend did ;-)

there have been many times when i heard something racist but was to shy to say something. But after watching these One Voice clips, I'll try to speack up next time!
