Common Cause - Common Sense (Part One)

This November Oregonians have the opportunity to save Oregon's landmark land use laws - under attack since the passage of Measure 37 - by voting YES on Measure 49. Feather & Fin Productions has just released a new video COMMON CAUSE/COMMON SENSE that educates voters about the urgency to fix Measure 37 and explains how Measure 49 will accomplish this. In the 18-minute video, farmers and other property owners facing some of the most egregious Measure 37 claims tell how these proposed developments impact their lives and livelihoods. The video shows how Measure 49 will address some of the current unfairness of Oregon's land use laws, but still maintain regulatory protections for farm and forest land. COMMON CAUSE/COMMON SENSE illustrates how Measure 49 will protect important natural areas, preserve small farms and keep Oregon the Oregon we cherish.
