Yvonne Minton(1938, Australian mezzo/contralto) beautifully controlled, styleful

in the range of supreme mezzo's/contralto's like the Irish Bernadette Greevy(1940-2008)and the Welsh Helen Watts (1927-2009). Like many art-sisters too much underappreciated. Strange, as no voicetype can surprise you so much as the mezzo! Their voicereach is often unbelievable, ranging from alto, contralto, mezzo to dramatic soprano parts, giving you the impression that the singer takes 3 jobs in one!
