Nothing wrong with saying "Ocariner of time". The vowel sounds at the end of "Ocarina" and start of "of" are the same. This makes it difficult to pronounce them together. The grammatical term is "hiatus". Therefore, people insert an R to make it easier to pronounce. As I said, there's nothing wrong with that.
