did anyone ever bother to look at the girls testimony ?
it's posted on The SmokingGun website
she was 13 drugged and then violated against her will in every orifice she had by a 43 year old man who know exactly what he was doing.
that makes him a rapist.
the smug insanity that the film industry use to rationalize anything other than the truth is insane.

I read her testimony. The thing is: what he did, was worng. But he admitted his fault, he plead guilty. The only thing he was trying to escape from was spending all his life in prison because "judge would be happy to be on TV"

So, just because a criminal is "afraid" of what his convict might be,he's "allowed" to bail? Since when?He wanted to make a deal with the judge but found out that this probably won't work out as he thought,THAT'S why he left. Also he pled guilty to "unlawful sex with a minor" not to rape.He didn't admitt his fault. In an interview with Martin Amis a year after he bail he said: "Everyone wants to fuck young girls!" He IS a sicko! But people refuse to see that 'cause he is such a genius...

Re: the attorney client privilege question: I have not seen the film, but the attorney is free to talk about what happened in the case, except for confidential communications between him and his client for the purpose of legal advice. So, he can speak a great deal about the judge, Roman, etc. without violating his client's privilege.

they should call this film - Roman: The Pedo Film Director

Roman Polanski: child rapist, now being flowered with awards in America. Wow!

he raped her, then he killed her family ...and then everybody got killed and they cam and and then they killed him, but he escaped !
