There's no way to tell if they are any good or not from this video. The camera is so far away you can't see what their bodies are doing, other than the obvious large movements around the stage. I guess they look nice but it would be nice to see the actual movements.

ahhhhhh - too awful, there is so much of this garbage in Japan, the usual amateur cosplay narcissism, basically a cheap form of audio visual pollution, jeez...it defies description
