  • @runrockwater Yes, Paul Anka is an actually a musician! He wrote almost every song he sang, including Frank Sinatra's big hit My Way! Just look him up online, you'll find lots of things about him! =)

  • @YsahsCreativeHobbies i am terrible! I takes a lot of time to dress in the morning before going to work! lol!

  • He is tiny!

  • hahahh i like his wearing brief hahah

  • @gymnastix yeah,u wrote right:Anka was in pre-Beatles era. They became famous a bit after. In this case,in fact, the movie is of 1962 and the Beatles were just starting their musical career. So,i assume that they were not yet famous throughout the world, but someone (a girl),probably came from Liverpool or somewhere else where had heard play the Fab 4,was left amazed and fascinated.Even if u r not a Beatles fan,i like your taste in music anyway because it's music of the 60s of which i'm passionate :)

  • @beatlettese Thank you for pointing this out. But the larger point is that Anka's peak (and vthat of the singular, male teen idols) was in the pre-Beatles era.

I was never a huge Beatles fan anyway, only the early years (1962-65). As far as I'm concerned, after "Help!" The Beatles were all over. I much preferred The Rolling Stones, The Animals and The Yardbirds.

Even from a pop perspective, to me, Herman's Hermits and The Monkees were much more fun.

  • I would have fainted right on the spot if paul anka would had kissed me LoL =D

  • @gymnastix The Beatles were already famous! if you look carefully, leaning on the wall where the first girl interviewed, says "I love the Beatles". Or so it seems to me to read...

  • holy living mother fucking shit, so grand!
