Some people are so stupid they read Jer.10 & thinks it is a Christmas tree. Is the tree a graven image?Find out what graven mean.Do people hang real gold & silver on their trees? Molten gold & silver are poured on the Graven image when it's done.You are commanded not to judge God's people yet you defy Rom.14:1-13 & then claim to love Jesus.Christmas commemorates the birth of Christ just like the Feast of Purim in Esther 9 which the Jews were not commanded to keep in Moses law. Read about it.

@SRamdhani1 "Stupid"? What do you want Jeremiah to prophecy, Walmart aisles filled with tree ornaments? "Not to Jugde", we are not to condemn people to hell fire that is for Jesus to do but we are to judge righteously (John 7:24). In this you error deeply in the holy scriptures. The Christmas tree is decorated just like Jer. 10 condemns and worshiped when pagan worshipers sing, OH Christmas Tree or grab their gifts. Purim is a Jewish Holiday that is rich in history. Jesus was not born Dec 25.

Hence the verse "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." Where is the truth in your man made holiday? And please do not answer with human reasoning.

@gininginin the problem isnt only that christians don't read the bible. the problem is that they don't research what scriptures actually mean, and they dont research any traditions or anything. they just sit in church every sunday and do what their pastor tells them.

Where in the bible does God tell us we can create days of worship and mix them with paganism? Remember the golden calf? In Exodus 32 even God's people said, "let us make this a feast unto the Lord". They were not replacing God in their minds but God was angry and had the Lamb melted and they eat it. This is how you worship God: God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and TRUTH." John 4:24....Christmas is based upon a lie and it will not be in the Kingdom.

@randyvild I think you might be in for a rude awaking for the Gospel is called the everlasting Gospel. The Feast of Purim in Esther ch 9, was it commanded to do in Moses law? Christmas is a phenomenon based on Lk 2:10. Its message is good news of great joy to all people.The celebration of which is only for God to judge (Rom.14:1-13) for only He knows what's in the heart. Don't mix up the world's celebration with that of a true Christian.The Bible says, who are you to judge another man's servant?

@randyvild Where in the Bible does it say you have to celebrate a day on the exact date. Do we keep Communion on the exact date it was started? Our Church have it once a month, are we lying or sinning? I can't help it if you are blind.

@randyvild Jeremiah 10 is not about a Christmas tree, but a graven image,bottom line. Google 'graven image meaning'. Fact is Christmas is a phenomenon that have some people confused. It's based on Lk.2:10. The message is good news of great joy to all people. That means the world & it comes with a spirit of joy. So it is unto this day. God knew the world would celebrate it their way with Santa Clause & other fables but that didn't stop Him from giving them the joy that comes with the message.
