To stop yourself from craving, what I do is SLEEP (even though it slows your metabolism, but when you wake up you are no longer craving) but if you have eaten 1-2 hours before, then don't do it. Exercise instead. I take a bike ride with my iPod, or take a long walk (you don't have to brisk walk or run its just to get your mind off of food) It works trust me!
To get back on track, start slowly!! Otherwise you will binge again. And keep reminding yourself never to give up! I know it's easier said then done BUT trust me, if you are craving bad foods/wanting to binge. STOP and think! Keep reminding yourself that losing weight is far better than giving into your cravings.
Hi babe! your body is very very beautiful! I can see why you want to lose weight though, because 190 pounds is a lot of weight, but for your height it's not. I think you look good now, but don't lose more than 30 pounds! (im going to continue this in a next comment because I have a limit amount of characters)
just realize u have done great already... dont get discouraged.. try to get ur motivation back up.. find time to workout and just eat healthy and not too much.. u can do it!
