שֶׁבַע בַּיּוֹם, הִלַּלְתִּיךָ-- עַל, מִשְׁפְּטֵי צִדְקֶךָ
"Seven times a day do I praise Thee, for Thy righteous ordinances."
(Psalm 119:164)
In accordance with this verse, the Mosaic Court of Azra's generation established 7 blessings of praise to be daily recited around the recitation of "Qriyath Shema," morning and night.
The mode of worship during these blessings (ei: bowing) is NOT established in Talmudic law, but there were traditional practices. In this clip I'm saying the evening blessings of praise which preceed the night time central prayer, and following more or less R' Abraham son of Rambam's opinion regarding voluntary bows during these blessings.
