Leah -- [picks her up] your growing up so fast Lilly

Addi -- [comes in] Lilly come o-----Leah?
Leah -- hi Addi
Addi -- what are you doing here?
Nick -- [comes in, sees Leah, glares at her] what are you doing here?!
Addi -- i just asked that
Nick -- shut up Addi!
Leah -- im here wishing my daughter a happy birthday
Nick -- you mean like you have every other year?...oh wait you havent!
Leah -- Nick-----
Nick -- put her down!
Leah -- Nick-----

Leah -- [puts Lilly down]
Nick -- Addi go take Lilly up to her room
Addi -- [picks up Addi, goes upstairs]
Nick -- what are you doing here Leah?!

Nick -- THE REAL REASON LEAH!
Leah -- that is the real reason! Im back now Nick!
Nick -- no!
Leah -- [rolls her eyes] actually yes. I left boarding school and im going to graduate here now
Nick -- no your not! Just go back to where ever the hell you came from cuz i dont want you here!
Leah -- Nick------
Nick -- GET OUT!!
Joe -- [comes in] whats going on?----Leah?
Leah -- hi Joe [walks more into the house]
Nick -- Leah stop!
Joe -- whats wrong Nick?
Nick -- whats wrong? Whats wrong is i want to kill Leah and i will if she doesnt get out right now
Leah -- fine, ill see you around [leaves]
Joe -- is she back?
Nick -- yeah she is
Joe -- for good
Nick -- shes back till graduation..Supposedly
Joe -- oh
Nick -- but knowing Leah shell be gone soon enough
Joe -- well maybe shes back for good
Nick -- i thot that last time
Joe -- well------
Nick -- i dont want her back Joe
Joe -- i kno you dont but thats not going to stop her from coming back into Lillys life
Nick -- she will never be in Lillians life again!
Joe -- Nick-----
Nick -- you arent seriously taking her side are you?!
Joe -- no im just saying that no matter how much you hate her Leah will always be Lillys mom
Nick -- i kno [walks upstairs]
Lilly -- wheres mommy?

Joe -- [goes to Emmas house, knocks on the door]
Emma -- [opens it] hi Joe

Emma -- want to come in?
Joe -- sure [walks into the house] what are you doing?
Emma -- inviting my friend into the house
Joe -- you cant just forget the past couple months
Emma -- i didnt forget, im just choosing to pretend it didnt happen
Joe -- Emma i didnt cheat on you
Emma -- we were never together Joe
Joe -- EMMA STOP IT!!
Emma -- i dont want to be with you anymore Joe
Joe -- yeah for a stupid reason!
Emma -- its not a stupid reason! You didnt want to tell people about us so you must not like me very much
THAT NIGHT WITH NICK
Nick -- [sitting on his bed]
Lilly -- [runs in, jumps on the bed]
Nick -- Hope your supposed to be asleep
Lilly -- [hugs him] ders a monster in my room
Nick -- are you trying to say that you want to sleep here tonight
Lilly -- yes please
Nick -- okay, but go to sleep
Lilly -- [crawls under the covers] night daddy, i love you
Nick -- i love you too [kisses her head]
Lilly -- night night daddy
Nick -- [lays down next to her]
Lilly -- [falls asleep]
Nick -- [starts to fall asleep]
Kevin -- [comes in] Nick theres someone here to see you
Nick -- who
Kevin -- just come down [leaves]
Nick -- [goes downstairs] what do you want now!
Leah -- i need to talk to you about Lilly
Nick -- im not letting you back in her life again
Leah -- i think you will
Nick -- and why is that?
Leah -- because im her mother wich means i can fight for custody
Nick -- Leah-----
Leah -- and i will win custody of my daughter! [leaves]

i still have a lot of chapters to read cause i just got back from camp a week ago and have been swamped by work and stuff, but leah better not get costody after she left nick and lilly to care for themselves. a court will never give costody to her after that!!!
