BTB, it isn't the voltage that kills you. It's the current. That light or outlet is at anywhere from 110VAC to 125VAC and at 15A to 20A. Humans can't take more than a few mA of current before you start messing with the nervous system and heart rhythm.

i installed a four way switch earlier. i exactly did what you did but everytime i turn off the second switch, the number 1 switch and number 3 switch were not working. is there a different kind of four way switch you used in the video. because the one i bought had on/off switches. the switches you used in the vid. did u use 2 3-way switches & 1 4-way switch?

You have the travelers messed up. Operator error. Watch the video again and trace the wires.

Its possible you dont have a 4 way switch. You probably have a single throw double pole switch.

it falls under bundling (nmic). ultimately, the ahj rules and they often hide behind this one with "bundling".
