  • Hi, I can't be certain I'm afraid as it's difficult to understand exactly where the pain is. There are hundreds of different exercises you can do with these though so I am sure they can help you.

  • Hi, they may be okay for the later stages of the recovery but I would check with your physiotherapist first to see what they recommend as you don't want to push it too early. Hope this helps.

  • Hi, yes they are very good for helping to strengthen your wrist and fingers which should help to alleviate your Arthritic Pain, hope this helps.

  • Thanks, they are very popular with our customers, we have a multi-save 3 pack available on our website . They are also available in single units or a 5 pack. If you want any more detail please let us know.

  • would these be suitable. I broke my middle finger two weeks ago, I had it buddy bandaged for two weeks, then they took it off and re xrayed it. When I went to make a fist I was shocked nothing happened, finger just would not respond.

Apparently the finger bent backwards popped out of the 1st joint and a bit of bone broke off. It feels weird the finger just being stuck.

I started trying to bend the unbroken fingers with my other hand, this pulled on the fracture but was do able

  • @makingasplash4rescue sounds like these would be perfect for you, start with one of the softer ones and work your way up as you improve your strength.

  • Im curious if this would help wrist pain that occurs when in push-up position. its really annoying sharp pain on the outside of the left wrist.

  • Are these good for mallet finger recovery?

  • I wouldnt be able to squish the ball my hands have become so weak. =(

  • Be sure to get the rite resistance ball. Stress / hand strengthening balls should be moderately hard to squeeze ball you should be able to squeeze the ball to flat. The video shows a light resistance ball which is good for most beginners. You should work until tired not until a burning pain. Just like weight lifting, this is a resistance training exercise and hand strength comes from the forearm as well as conditioned tendons. Work your way up and rest appropriately, it should be fairly easy.

  • oh that's great, thanks, I'll pop on to your website and buy some now. Thanks again

  • are these any good for Arthritis?

  • This video was done well and deserves these visits!
