  • The Joan Bars are "meal replacements" they are not snacks. You should have one every two to three hours. These will become part of you 5 to 6 small meals during the course of the day. You don't have even think of what you should eat, just have a Joan Bar and you will not be hungry for the next 2 hours. Make sure to have a glass of water with your Joan Bar. Thanks for the blessing!!

  • Hi Joan, Just made the JoanBars. Oh soooo good. Yummy. You are a creative genius to come up with bars better by far than anything I could buy. I'm excited to start the SMD today because now I have my bars. I used Medifast last year and had wonderful success, now I can use these affordable bars and do my own version of the program ... well, your version which is the SMD. Thanks again for making this free to us, along with the program. Blessings to you and Bill.

  • I wish you were my mom I bet you give great hugs

  • Very Nice Job, Joan....I believe I will try to make these!!! Thank you for taking time to make a video!

  • Going to make them this week. Thanks!

  • Oh hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my father lost a lot of weight with it.

  • I Just made these and I LOVE them! I was googling "meal replacement bars" and the ones I wanted to buy were over $1 a bar. These are delicious and more economical, especially when you buy the ingredients in bulk. I take a medication that makes me feel sick sometimes, not hungry, and difficult to eat full meals - these bars are a life saver! Thanks Joan! :) PS - I added some chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips (1/2 C each) because I didn't mind the extra calories and sugar.
