Sadly no. But the makers of the show have said that if it hadn't been cancelled something more would've happened between the two. They were leaning toward Max/Alec.

I most defiantly didn't want Logan and Max together. I like Michael Weatherly (Logan) as an actor and adore him in NCIS, but Max and Alec just had this chemistry and stuff going on. They are adorable together.
