every song, every lyric seems to have something new to me ever time I hear it, this despite I know most of the words to most his songs by heart. he could do things with words that I don't think anybody will again, not before my days are done at least

There was this drunk walking down the street and he said to the cop “man someone stole my car.” The cop says, “Well where was it?” The guy says, “Well it was on the end of this key.” The cop says, “Well I don’t know, why don’t you go down to the precinct house and fill out the proper forms.” The guy says, “ok,” and he starts to walk off and the cop says, “Before you go down there you better zip up your fly” and the guy says, “Oh man they got my girl too.”
