  • hey man im tryin to make a decision, im gunna make a ten gallon setup kinda like you have and i cant decide witch of these 3 t's i want to but in there : nhandu chromatus, Nhandu coloratovillosus or a Lasiodora parahybana there all 5 inch + what would you suggest. and i think im gunna ut some live plants in there so its gunna be a higher humidity

  • @rickjamison24 - For me, I would put the lasiodora parahybana...since that will be the largest of the three. And in my opinion...with an aquarium that size...it deserves the perfect display spider..."TheBrazilan Salmon Pink Bird Eater." :*) I have my L. parahybana in the 10 gallon from this video :*)

  • @rickjamison24 - Awesome..! I'm glad you found the video useful :*) plus, I think that's one of the things that makes this hobby fun..is the cage making process..good stuff my friend :*) :*) :*)

  • hey how big was the LP after molt? looks great! Enclosure and T

  • @DawgcityClev - I believe it was about 3 to 4 inches after the molt.

  • i must do this with my 10 gallon for my lasiodora parahybana when it gets bigger :)

    thanks for sharing rick :D

  • @BooshgaFilms - Yea definitely, they are awesome display spider and deserve an open taken for viewing :*)

  • @TheTarantulasWeb I've learned a lot from part 1 to part 3 of your custom made acrylic tarantula cage cover there rick :*D As more and more different species of Ts, that just keeps on coming in my collection, i also find it very exiting to work on a tarantula cage projects similar to yours :*D All i need is to purchase a couple of useful tools. • okay awsome thanks for the advice man

  • @TheTarantulasWeb haha I'm glad you think I can do that - I think I might see if home depot can cut the lines and the vent holes for me - I have terrible luck with straight lines and I do not own a hole saw haha. I will see what I can do about the drill holes maybe - that's scary enough on its own if you've seen my questionable drill work!
