  • Well, they were musicians indeed. They used oscillators to create the basic tones and tens of tape decks for changing the pitch and repeating sequences.

    Basically, pretty much the same as a sampler right now, but everything analogue.

  • My dear: this "strange sheeat" is the oldest techno music ever, made in 1957(!) by two dutch scientists. Its a technological achievment, not only music. It was made before the sintetisator apeared.
