CANTON -- France utilized a "same-day ground" offense to deliver a 34-6 victory against New Zealand to earn a seventh-place finish in the eight-country International Federation of American Football (IFAF) Junior World Championship in Canton, Ohio's Fawcett Stadium.

  • i was playing for nz, it reminds me of the 2007 rugby world cup, where the french beat us

  • @AngelBearOH It was a lateral, not a forward pass, so it was still a live ball.

  • At about 0:49 when France's fullback drops the lateral pass, and New Zealand's defender picks it up and runs, is that considered an incomplete pass? Or doesn't that apply because the ball didn't go forward across the line of scrimmage?
