  • because you have four years. and the whole column which equals 1 is divided into four pieces (0.25)s. if it was 5 years for ex. you would have five 0.20's.

  • anybody tell me 4rm where come (.25) in computition value

    e.g  .25*16400

  • This method is easier than the declinig balance one but what the diffrence ?
