I ride my bicycle from Montclair to Rockridge BART Station several times a week. On 19 November 2007 at aproximately 12:45 P.M. I noticed two men removing things from a box and putting them into the water at Lake Temescal in Oakland, California. They repeated the motion of removing things that looked like abalone shells, looking them over, then putting them in the water and NOT/NEVER putting them back into the box. In this process each of these two men took turns urinating. I started taking video with the digital camera I carry with me at all times, but only after it was mostly over (so you only see one of them urinating in the video). The reason the video is so unstable is because I was trying to report this incident to East Bay Regional Parks District while it was still in progress and had my eyes on my phone most the time. Please note that I have posted this video using a Youtube identiy created exclusively for this purpose and do not expect to be checking the email account I used to register for it.
Get a life, they weren't doing anything wrong.
