Profold TS-50 Card and Mail Sorting System

The Profold TS-50 Sorting Bins are designed for high-speed sorting and stacking of credit cards, gift cards, documents or mail pieces in a standup position. For mail sorting, various options can be selected for easy placement into USPS or equivalent mail trays to meet most mail handling needs. Profolds control software can interface with existing control systems or it can be integrated into a Profold High speed mail or card processing system. The TS-50 Sorting bins are available in 4 pocket modules and multiple units can be integrated for additional sorting capacity. The Sorting bins are a huge labor saver as finished cards or mail pieces can be accumulated and then swept into card sleeves or mail trays with ease. Sorters can be integrated with Profold card or mail systems and can be designated to count by number, sort by zip break or sort rejected product from good finished product.
