But now after 25 years, i startted appreciating and enjoying the song. Maritu had a beautiful voice.

Trust me, i know a few Rayyaa families from up there. None of them but the grandparents still speak afaan oromo. Rayyaa not only the name but the people, not all tho, some are real tigrays, others agew, amara maybe and rayya oromos are there too.

@Maliksabawi i understand what u said but when you put it like that, it gives an impression that wollo is just oromo. Though the current wollo remained under the name "wollo" it's only in south estern wollo that those 7 sons of Wollo setteled..this is what I wanted to make clear. For the rest I was born and raised in south Wollo! Cheers
