These 1 hour boot camp classes are offered once a week in Woodbridge, Vaughan, based on a combination of strength, circuit training, military drills and cardiovascular exercises. You will do push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, dips, and other strength builders with the class including running, sprinting drills and plyometric drills designed to increase speed, melt fat, and build lean muscle.
