How to Train Your Dragon AMV - Nothing Else Matters

Well, this is a departure from my normal videos.

First of all- If you have not seen this movie yet in theaters, GO SEE IT! This video contains scenes from all throughout the movie and I don't want to ruin any moments for you!
If you watch this video anyway, hopefully you'll go see it in theaters afterwards because this movie is that great.

So! Ever since last Friday or so, on the way to Florida for Spring Break, this song came up on my iPod and I instantly thought of Toothless and Hiccup. This song has always been very special to me, and once I was bitten by the inspiration bug, I knew I HAD to make this video before my enthusiasm for the idea faded (that is, by the time the movie would've been out on DVD). In my mind, it seemed like such a powerful combination.

This is my first music video like this, so I hope it's decent. I know the video quality isn't, but I plan on remaking the video entirely after the DVD release. I've done the best I could with the material I had. EDIT: I've had to put this off because I got a new video card, but it was so large I had to take out my internal CD drive! I'll need to get an external drive before I can record footage off my Blu-Ray.

Finally, I encourage everyone to go see it in theaters and definitely buy the DVD when it's released. I don't plan on making any profits off of this video! This is purely for entertainment, both for myself and whoever may watch it. I saw this quoted in another video's description and thought I might as well, too:

have you heard the instrumental by Apocalyptica? it's really good too, a bit more set for the epic flight/battle scenes, but I love what you did with the classic version!

@Kat4994 Yeah, I have, actually. It's one of my favorites! I still plan on redoing this video eventually now that the movie's been out on DVD for a while, and I'm considering making two videos, one with each version of the song.

a very nice video indeed.. but i saw that you didnt put the best moment for me, at the end of the movie when he wakes up and realize that he hasnt got a leg anymore ... Tragic irony... n1

@searchthemusic Thank you! I would have included it but left it out of this video for a couple of reasons... For one that would've been a huge spoiler, and for another I just couldn't figure out how to fit into the song. I'll consider putting it in when I re-do the video after the DVD release, maybe at least make it the filler clip at the end instead of Toothless flying...
