Brooks Was Here - Brook's Story from Shawshank Redemption

i know, though really the worst part about it was that he's right in front of her and she's saying it to his manager like he can't hear her, like he's some sort of idiot who wouldn't understand her. That always makes me angry when people do that.

but thats what makes this a great scene good story and characters draw you in and so you feel angry at the lady or feel sad when brooks hangs himself.

thats the magic of movies and books :P

I've seen this movie three times and this bit makes me cry every single time. possibly one of the best and most poignant scenes from any movie ever made.
