Well now let's see.
I didn't need to ask a zillion questions because I heard the radio traffic and knew what happened.
I worked E NY for 20 years at all hours. 1981 to 2001 crime scene/ fire rescue for the NYC papers. I'm just playing with these videos.
I have a federal license that supersedes any NYC or NYS law for my radio.

I'm surprised you don't get higher ratings with this kind of vid. You get the 5 from me, since I understand the radio, bike, staying still stuff. Good job! Lucky they didn't want to bother you.
